The Morwell Innovation Centre is the heart of Hi-Tech Precinct Gippsland. It serves as an innovation hub designed to facilitate collaboration across all levels of education and training, technology research, and businesses.   

The project was built to the highest environmental standards and was awarded the Master Builders Victoria Excellence in Construction Awards 2021 - Winner of Excellence in Construction of Commercial Buildings $10-$15M.  

Designed for flexibility, the conference space can be extended with large tilt-up doors that open to the forecourt and landscape beyond. It also opens out to the foyer and kitchen to allow catering and breakout opportunities. STONEKAST in Marino’s etch finish was selected for the facade, which splices through the circulation zone and two-story void connecting the spaces.
